The Ugandan delegation entered Addis Ababa for an official visit
The delegation, which includes Uganda’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Eta Okello Oriem, as well as the Commander-in-Chief of the country’s Ground Forces and President Yoweri Museveni’s Special Operations Adviser, Lt. Gen. Muhozi Kinurugaba, and other top security and military leaders arrived in Addis Ababa today for an official visit.
The delegation was welcomed by the senior leaders of the service office, including the Director General of the National Intelligence and Security Service, Ato Temeseng Tiruneh.
During the stay of the delegation, it is expected to hold discussions with its Ethiopian counterpart to help strengthen the cooperation between Ethiopia and Uganda to ensure peace and security in East Africa and to prevent terrorism.
According to information sent to the ABC by the National Intelligence and Security Service, Lt. Gen. Muhozi Kinurugaba, the Ugandan Army Ground Forces Commander-in-Chief and Special Operations Advisor to President Yoweri Museveni, is known to be the son of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.
